The PSW Milwaukee Area Event combines an evening reception (October 12 - Sprechers Brewery) for socializing with colleagues and a half-day of high quality education (October 13 - Pharmacists Improving Care Transitions). Don’t miss this popular event!

Target Audience

Although this event will take place in the Milwaukee area, pharmacists from around the state are encouraged to attend.

The PSW Milwaukee Area Event is being held at two distinct locations.

Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy

Accommodations

Considering the variety of hotel accommodations and various travel schedules of attendees, a room block has not been reserved. To obtain hotel recommendations, please contact the PSW office at 608-827-9200.

Conference Attire

Dress for this event is casual; business casual recommended on Saturday. Expect varying temperatures in meeting areas and dress accordingly. A sweater or jacket is recommended.

Continuing Education



The Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Conference participants may earn up to 4 hours (0.4 CEU) of continuing education by completing evaluations and attendance forms onsite. CE statements will no longer be mailed after October 1, 2012. CE will be submitted into participant's online CPE Monitor portal. In order to receive CE, you must submit your CPE Monitor ID number to PSW.  Continuing education credits will only be awarded to those participants attending sessions in their entirety.
